Mark came to SpringHaven with years of experience serving his community in the field of counseling. He earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. Mark is the Clinical Director of Woodside Rest and counsels families and individuals. He has extensive experience with group counseling and works with many of the Amish/conservative population.
Renee Bright, PC
Renee earned her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Malone University in Canton, Ohio. She enjoys counseling individuals, couples, families, and groups. She has experience working with women's issues including Post Partum Depression. She works primarily in the Mt. Eaton office and has both day and evening hours available. She is currently taking appointments for childern, adolescence, and adults.
Tiffany M. Ingersoll, PC
Tiffany earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She was the former Vice Chair of Eating Disorder Advocates of Ohio and has years of experience advocating for the treatment of Eating Disorders. Tiffany is a published author of the book “Light In The Face of Darkness” and is passionate about helping people find freedom from Eating Disorders as well as other mental health issues. Appointments are being taken for Tiffany at the Mt. Eaton office location.
Dan Greaser, LISW-S
Dan came to SpringHaven in 2009 with many years of counseling experience. He started his counseling career in 1974 with a Masters degree in Social Administration earned from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. One area of specialty for Dan is in conflict transformation and mediation. He also enjoys interacting with local churches to work alongside pastors counseling members of their congregation. Dan is available to counsel in both English and Spanish and has a heart for helping children, adolescents, couples, and families.
Sharon Riley, PCC
In 1993, Sharon started her career serving those in need of counseling services. It was in that year she earned her Associate degree in Social Work with a one year certificate in Gerontology from the University of Akron; Wayne Campus in Orrville, Ohio. By 1998 she had earned her Bachelor degree in Social Work from the same university at the Akron, Ohio campus and by 2003 she had her Masters degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling earned from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. Sharon enjoys working with young girls who need help along the way to adulthood. She also works with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Andy Hall, PCC-S
Andy comes to SpringHaven with a Master’s degree from Akron University, Akron Ohio and more than 20 years of counseling experience. He enjoys counseling individuals, couples and groups from different backgrounds and cultures. Depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, teen issues, anger control problems and marital discord are all areas in which he enjoys counseling. He is also trained in working with those that need family and divorce mediation. You can most often find Andy at the office inside Crown Hill Mennonite Church.
Beverly Steiner, PCC
Beverly has been with SpringHaven since 2007, but has many years of counseling experience. She started her career in 1976 with an Associate degree in Nursing earned at Hesston College in Hesston, Kansas. By 2000, she had earned her Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. Beverly has personal experience with adoption and enjoys counseling others with their own adoption issues. She has training in EMDR to assist folks in reprocessing traumatic experiences. She also has a heart for those who are grieving or have experienced loss of any kind. Beverly is available to see children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Ethan Steiner, PCC
Ethan came on staff at SpringHaven after earning his Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Akron, in Akron, Ohio. With a background in dairy farming and teaching, he is able to connect with the needs in our rural community. Ethan enjoys working with the Amish/conservative community as well as the English population in Northeast Ohio. Ethan participates as an educator each month at SpringHaven’s Monthly Topic discussions. He counsels adolescents, and adults as individuals, couples, and in group settings.
Janice Hershberger, PCC-S
Janice has served the people of our community for more than 30 years.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from
Malone College in Canton, Ohio in 1973. She became a counselor in
1992 when she went on to earn her Master of Pastoral Counseling from
Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. She has additional
training in sexual issues through the Institute for Sexual Wholeness
located in Atlanta, Georgia. Janice has been with SpringHaven since
2007. Her focus is on mending the hearts of the adults in our local
Dr. Snavely practices general psychiatry in close collaboration with the staff at SpringHaven. After growing up locally, he attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati and later completed specialty residency training in psychiatry and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition to his outpatient practice at SpringHaven, he attends patients at Aultman Hospital Department of Psychiatry in Canton. Dr. Snavely lives near Mt. Eaton with his growing family where he enjoys working on the farm.
